GRUB goes to BASH when booting up from install

Hello, so I recently have begun to set up my Funtoo install, and after following the guide, and setting up my system to be able to be bootable, whenever I boot off of the hdd I used for it, it simply goes to a GRUB bash.

My fstab file points to all the correct partitions on the drive and directories, and my boot.conf file is as default since I am using the regular kernel.

Installed the distro as UEFI boot, and all the partitions match that as well.

Are you getting an error from grub prior to dropping to the prompt?  Usually that suggests that the specified kernel wasn't found.  Any errors when running `ego boot --check` ?
