External commands disallowed while sourcing ebuild

Have I missed something?

 

Suddenly I am getting a whole raft of errors on several machines.

yeah same here same errors, according to bugs.* ego sync will fix but not in my case. 

mozcoreconf-v5.eclass could not be found by inherit() 

and also missing automake 1.16
