circular deps

Hello, I decided that instead of just manually solving the circular deps I get I'd rather point them out and maybe you guys could eventually fix them so others would not have to do this.

This is just me trying to make funtoo better, I don't claim that cirular dependencies can be fully removed or that you MUST do something about it.

You may feel free to add any that you find, I will as I go along so check for updates!

Not sure about text. What happened that your system artificially put into broken state, i.e your make.conf and package.use made a lot of self-excluding settings.

ballsystemlord, filing a bug for each package was not what I meant. I meant to file a big per issue encountered. If you face so many circular dependencies while nobody else facing them, this is probably a bad use case rather than a funtoo bug.
