Strongswan and Libswan do not build on a Next system

I have migrated a 1.4 install to Next and everything went totally fine but Strongswan and Libswan. They can't build. As I said all the rest is perferctly fine. I suppose the best thing to get help is to send the complete build.log if someone want to look at it. Thank you.

hi dubs, welcome to the community! I've had no issue installing strongswan, so please try again.  Also, do you perhaps mean libreswan? That does fail for me too, but it appears to be an old version in the tree anyway.  If you use libreswan, please make a ticket on bugs.funtoo.org (you can use the same login).
