but it is possible to write this text from that machine.

You'll also want to copy over resolv.conf in order to have proper resolution of Internet hostnames from inside the chroot:

# cp /etc/resolv.conf /mnt/funtoo/etc/

Thank you. My arch is Silvermont but for a hardened Linux I downloaded an intel64-haswell stage3 which was not functional. So I deleted everything and tried generic_64 and then forgot about resolv.conf. Now the real problems will start. The message says selinux seems to be not installed. I will begin another thread how to make my kernel and an initramfs.
