emerging boot-update (efibootmgr) fails

Looking like somethings moved etc, got it emerging boot-update on a new install. Guesing this is just something I'll have to wait on/for? nothing I can really do?

edited the ebuild for now to point to https://github.com/rhinstaller/efibootmgr/releases
seems to have gone through for now at least

this is fixed
