failed to emerge qt-creator

Hello

I have been trying to install qt creator but I get

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "<dev-libs/openssl-1.1:0=[bindist=]".

Add qt-creator-4.8.2.ebuild to your local overlay or make a request at bugs.funtoo.org

I have USE="-bindist" disabled globally in /etc/portage/make.conf

funtoo /usr/local/portage/dev-qt/qt-creator # emerge -av qt-creator
