fastpull-us-funtoo.org 404 during system-config-printer emerge

Currently running an installation of gnome-light desktop.

My issue is during install, app-admin/system-config-printer-1.5.11 fails to merge with the following:

So file is not available at either location.

I did a little more digging and was only able to find the source here: https://github.com/zdohnal/system-config-printer/archive/1.5.11.tar.gz

Have you tried to run, after ebuild file has been changed?

ebuild <file>.ebuild digest

I changed ebuild file replacing this line SRC_URI="https://github.com/zdohnal/${PN}/archive/${PV}.tar.xz". It download the file but then I got this error:
