The problem was solved by
# gcc-config 1 # binutils-config 1 # . /etc/profile Somehow the system was broken as emerge was not able to find `ar` and `as`.

Found solution by myself. :)
Problem was gone after loading all required modules.
modprobe ploop modprobe pfmt_ploop1 modprobe pfmt_raw modprobe pio_direct Before I have loaded only ploop.
