I have a compilation error when I executed the following : emerge -u app-text/rarian

How can I do ?

please, open report on bugs.funtoo.org. Does it fail with LINGUAS="en" set in /etc/portage/make.conf

You're right !

I set LINGUAS="en" and it compiles fine.
