r8168 ebuild outdated?

Trying to emerge the driver for my ethernet card, portage says:

Fetch instructions for net-misc/r8168-8.047.01:
 * Please download r8168-8.047.01.tar.bz2 from:
 *   https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software
 * using the "GBE Ethernet LINUX driver r8168 for kernel up to 4.15" link.

However, on that RealTek page, only r8168-8.047.04.tar.bz2 can currently be downloaded via that link.

(It would be kind if the message also specified where to download it to --- still being more familiar with gentoo, I had to hunt around a bit.)

(I first tried to post this on the issue tracker, but I could not find information where to apply for the Jira login.

On the way to the forum login, it said somewhere that “this is the login for all things funtoo”, so I tried it on the issue tracker, which did not work.)
