r8168 ebuild outdated?

Trying to install the driver for my ethernet card, portage tells me:

Fetch instructions for net-misc/r8168-8.047.01:
 * Please download r8168-8.047.01.tar.bz2 from:
 *   https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software
 * using the "GBE Ethernet LINUX driver r8168 for kernel up to 4.15" link.

However, that webpage only lets me download  r8168-8.047.04.tar.bz2 .

(It would be kind if the message also specified where to download it to --- still being much more familiar with gentoo, I had to hunt a bit.)

(I originally wanted to file that as a bug, but cannot see where to apply for a Jira login. On the way to the forum login, it said somewhere something like “this is the login for all things funtoo”, so I tried it on the bug tracker, but that did not work.)

Why don't you follow the link in the message?

Going to the page mentioned, scrolling down to Unix, clicking on the download button before the mentioned link, enter email address and click on "Download File". Answer captcha and you get the file.
