[Can't emerge nodejs]

I'm a new happy Funtoo user and I'm having troubles with nodejs installation. It complains on missing openssl/ec.h. How to get it installed?

The issue is similar to this one:

but enabling the bindist flag for openssl didn't help:

$ equery files openssl | grep "ec.*h"
/usr/include/openssl/objects.h
