[no sound in kde]

Fixed. Entered following in /etc/pulse/defaults.pa

 

load-module module-alsa-sink device=hw:0,0

load-module module-alsa-source device=hw:1,0

[no sound in kde]

Hi! First time with Funtoo. I have KDE on a fresh install and everything is working great... except that I have no sound. My card is detected... it shows up in the multimedia settings section of system settings. I have alsa configured to start at boot time. My card is:

 

00:14.2 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA)

I have no idea what to make of this... I've been running KDE4.x on this machine for 5 years or so with other distros and never once has sound been a problem.
