I like simple logos that can be easily embroided or printed.
Fun penguin comes to my mind or a modified, happier gentoo logo.

So I have problem to login. It's hard to describe so I've recorded a video.
I have the same problem on gentoo with kde and fluxbox. I've tried other distros and no problems on ubuntu, opensuse, clear linux.
My user is in video group.
I also have these errors in my logs:

I think a fitting mascot for funtoo would be a monkey. It's just a flexible but strong and playful animal.
