At the moment I only use console and Emacs and I'm not having problems.
I still have to understand portage well to install more things without breaking anything.

Greetings everybody.
I 'm a grandparent - 59 years old - and  I'm trying to learn GNU / Linux, Emacs using badly GTD.
Although I 've always used Debian, I wanted to go a step further and have installed Funtoo on my desktop PC.
So here I am eager to learn, with a newly installed Funtoo, with the keyboard misconfigured and seeing where to go, so I accept advice.
By the way, I read English but to write it I need help from G..e, so I apologize for my clumsiness and if there is any error.
