my GTX 1070 is the only graphics processor that my computer has, so I need the drivers to run Xorg, but whenever I try to run "emerge nvidia-drivers" I get the following connection error. I assume it's because Nvidia officially no longer supports download.nvidia.com, so why is Funtoo rigged to use it?

portage still tries to download the file form nvidia.com anyway, regardless of whether the file is in distfiles or not.
EDIT: nevermind, for some reason the file downloaded with the name "nvidia-settings-375.10.tar.bz2.1", moved it and the fix worked
