openrc doesn't, er, rc.

I can add services to the default runlevel, but openrc (and specifically, rc) does not start them.

e.g.:

sudo rc-update add chronyd default
sudo rc-update add avahi-daemon default
sudo rc

Then, rc-status only shows things like sshd, etc. started - chronyd and avahi-daemon are nowhere to be found.

This is using the latest Core i7 stage (2013-06-07).

edit: for whatever reason, `emerge -1 openrc` fixes this. I qcheck'd the package beforehand and nothing was reported out of the ordinary other than the normal conf.d files being edited for the local installation...so yeah, for whatever reason, there's something wrong with the latest Core i7 stage3.

Re: openrc doesn't, er, rc.

sudo rc-update add dbus boot

This will be necessary from openrc 0.11.8 onward.
