Can't upgrade the system (dev-python/pyparsing) [SOLVED]

I need help I can't upgrade with: emerge -uDNa --with-bdeps=y @world

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Same thing, I've installed funtoo yesterday and when I tried to install texlive I've the same error.

Could you please report this at http://bugs.funtoo.org along with all needed Info to re-generate that issue on another system (emerge --info, Arch, /etc/portage/package.*, etc.)?
