I've been a regular user of Funtoo for a couple of years, and of Sabayon Linux for several years before that.  In that time, I've managed to cobble together a few ebuilds for software which released new versions instead of waiting for the package mantainers to do it; nothing with enough quality for the proper portage tree, but enough that I don't have to go around the system and install outside of Portage. Likewise, I've managed to cobble together a few "clever" scripts that automate boring/difficult jobs, such as rebuilding the package.use file when I mistakenly overwrite it instead of adding a new line.

The question is, which part of the Forum should I post these kinds of things?

I would use the blogs section to share scripts, tutorials. Make an announcement on this thread when your blog is ready for consumption.
