Gettext owns autopoint:

funtoo ~ # equery b autopoint
 * Searching for autopoint ... 
sys-devel/gettext-0.19.4-r1 (/usr/bin/autopoint)

Re-install gettext:

# emerge --sync
# emerge -a gettext

Try again, if problems persist:

# emerge --sync 
# emerge -auDN --with-bdeps=y @world

PS: I'm not sure it's a good idea to have so much global useflags.

PS: I'm not sure it's a good idea to have so much global useflags.

these flags was a friend passed me he uses equal and said it works
PS / proc is mounted I saw here think it must be some conflict
