OK, I think I have to hold my horses back from aslking questions so quick.

 

I installed

nm-applet

and added it to auto start and now it is working fine. Next subject will be sound but I will figure around a bit before I post another question, sorry guys.

I have a fresh install of funtoo XFCE4, ethernet network is working fine, but wireless, doesn't show.

 

I used

(chroot) # emerge linux-firmware networkmanager
(chroot) # rc-update add NetworkManager default

and it installed fine.

 

sorry to get you guys thru my birth pain with Funtoo ;-)
